Vince is the ICU pharmacy specialist as well as the clinical coordinator at Burnaby Hospital.

Vince is an inspiring leader and clinician. He has the gift of seeing the potential in his learners and providing opportunities for them to reach their goals. During residency, I had the pleasure of doing my ICU rotation with Vince.
He helped me break down difficult clinical topics into simpler concepts to facilitate my understanding. He also taught me how to speak with confidence during rounds and to work with the healthcare team effectively.
He is a natural mentor and tailors his mentorship to his mentees’ goals. He has pushed me and his other mentees to always reach for higher, strive for professional growth, and not give up.
I am honoured to have had Vince as my mentor.
