It is my honour to recognize Tim for his outstanding mentorship. Since the start of my career, Tim has supported me through the transition from resident to clinical pharmacist. As a mentor, he is personable, approachable and an excellent listener. Whether it be discussing clinical dilemmas, precepting strategies or career development, he provides thoughtful feedback while creating an environment for meaningful self-reflection.
As a new pharmacist hoping to gain experience in research, it has been an incredible privilege to work on a directed studies project with Tim. He has imparted to me invaluable research skills while challenging me to use critical thinking to formulate creative solutions. His commitment to advancing pharmacy practice and improving patient care continues to motivate me to practice at my fullest scope.
