Joan is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the IV room. This includes, but is not limited to, checking product, staffing decisions, managing workload and training.

Over roughly the last ten years as the IV room technician supervisor Joan has been instrumental in creating a work environment that fosters continued learning and adaptability.
This is especially impressive when factoring in the recent completion of the new IV work space, new workflows (due to the new work space) and the upcoming NAPRA changes.
I consider myself fortunate to work around Joan’s enthusiasm and professionalism.
