Mere weeks after completing her year 1 residency program, Xandra was thrown into covering the dynamic and complicated world of pediatric emergency medicine (amongst other areas). She shows up with enthusiasm and professionalism. She is truly patient-focused, making sure they receive quality care and pharmacist medication education. She never complains and is always willing to help colleagues- she is a true joy to work with! We are so thankful to have her a part of the team at C&W!
