Serena is the clinical pharmacist for the General Internal Medicine (GIM) team at UHNBC.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
If you look up the definition of “Rock Star” in the dictionary – you would find Serena’s name! She provides outstanding clinical care for the patients on the General Internal Medicine (GIM) team at UHNBC. Serena is able to remain cool, calm and collected in even the most difficult scenarios, and is able to think on her feet and help the team through difficult decisions. Serena not only helps out the GIM team, but is also a huge help to the whole pharmacy team. We appreciate the energy Serena brings to her work, and are grateful to have her as part of our team.
