Serry is a pharmacy assistant at Children’s and Women’s Health Centre of BC.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Serry is always available to lend a helping hand and is an invaluable resource within the pharmacy dispensary. Her strong knowledge of dispensary workflows allows her to quickly identify priorities and support the team efficiently. She is always approachable and generous with her time, readily answering questions and offering guidance to colleagues whenever needed.
When challenges arise, Serry takes a proactive and solution-focused approach, anticipating issues and thoughtfully working through practical solutions. Her reliability, problem-solving skills, and willingness to support others make a meaningful difference to the team and contribute to a more efficient, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
