Our RH Pharmacy Educators assist with orientation and ongoing education needs for pharmacist staff
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Our RH Pharmacy Educators have been vital, helping equip non-residency trained pharmacists with skills to take on clinical duties in acute care and the outpatient Oncology Clinic. They have oriented new staff in both distribution and clinical environments. They have been providing ongoing support to preceptors for learners who have come on rotation at our site and have created valuable education documents and reference materials. Kudos to Nichoe and Julian for their dedication to our growing RH Pharmacy team!
