Brief description of role or responsibilities​
Jessica Manning is our pediatric pharmacist for UHNBC. She is reasonable for not only providing care for pediatrics patients, but also provides support for the NICU and maternity ward.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Jessica has recently gone on maternity leave, and put an extraordinary amount of work in to help prepare our team for her time away. She compiled resources and tips and tricks together to help our team navigate working with this unique patient population, and provided us with so much helpful education! Jessica has shown how dedicated she is to providing amazing patient care, and supporting all the various healthcare team members she works with. She brings a passion and energy that is always greatly appreciated, and we adore working with her! Jessica’s hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed, and she has made countless positive contributions to both patient care, and our pharmacy department!
