Megan is a clinical pharmacist at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia who has experience in emergency medicine and now currently works in the ICU. Megan works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and is a valuable resource for other healthcare professionals.

Megan has been an inspiring preceptor for a variety of reasons! She strove to instill my confidence by celebrating my victories throughout the rotation and highlighting improvements she had noticed. Megan helped me grow my own knowledge and skills by providing small tangible recommendations that demonstrated how I could progress to the next step in my learning. She was extremely invested in supporting me find my own thought process, and focused on teaching principles that I could then apply in a way that was meaningful to my own learning style. I am inspired that even with her vast clinical knowledge, she strives to learn something new every day.
