Brief description of role or responsibilities​
Marsha Fajardo has worked in pharmacy since 1995, progressing from pharmacy assistant to Pharmacy Technician after graduating from Vancouver Community College in 1999. She spent over 20 years at Burnaby Hospital in clinical, oncology, and leadership roles, contributing to research and expanding the Clinical Pharmacy Support Technician role into direct patient care.
She now serves as Technician Supervisor at Ridge Meadows Hospital, continues community pharmacy work, and remains active in advancing the profession through committee involvement and education support.

Our pharmacy technician supervisor Marsha is an exceptional leader who treats everyone with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She always makes herself available to listen, guide and encourage staff members. Her dedications to work is shown in everything she does for the team, especially in the thoughtful time and effort she puts into creating and organizing work schedules that ensure pharmacy runs smoothly. Balancing operational needs while considering each team member’s circumstances is no small task, yet she handles it with professional dedications. Pharmacy would not be able to function without Marsha!
