Brief description of role or responsibilities​
Jennifer is the Interim Pharmacy Dispensary Supervisor at Burnaby Hospital. She is heavily involved in the day to day operations of our dispensary, runs our daily huddles and ensures that there is active communication within the entire pharmacy. Aside from her dispensary duties, Jennifer is also a BPMH pharmacist in our emergency department.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Since Jennifer started working at Burnaby Hospital, she has made a positive impact within our department. She is responsible, organized and thorough. She will ensure that tasks get done and followed up on accordingly. She goes above and beyond to try to improve the day-to-day operations within the dispensary. Moreover, she has cultivated a very warm and positive environment in the pharmacy. Thank you for your hard work, Jennifer!
