Brief description of role or responsibilities
Becca Chiang is a clinical pharmacist who joined our C&W pharmacy team in 2024 after completing her Year 1 Pediatric Hospital Pharmacy Residency. She has been providing clinical pharmacy services in the emergency department and at the Oak Tree HIV Clinic for the last 2 years.

Becca is an outstanding clinician and her sharp clinical skills paired with her approachable attitude have made her an invaluable member of the interdisciplinary teams she works with. She has a practical and caring approach when working with patients that allows her to build strong connections and provide care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs. In addition to being an excellent clinician, Becca has been busy passing on her pharmacy wisdom by precepting multiple entry-to-practice PharmD students. Welcome to the Pharm-ily Becca!
