Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
I first met Anthony when he was completing his PGY1 pharmacy residency at Vancouver General Hospital. Since then, he has transitioned seamlessly into his role as a clinical pharmacist and continues to excel in his practice.
Beyond his strong clinical skills, Anthony stands out for his genuine curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. He asks thoughtful questions, is always looking for ways to enhance patient care, and somehow, still finds the time to check in on colleagues and learners to make sure they’re doing well.
