Suz is literally available to us 24/7, whether it’s the weekend or at 11pm. From initiating the BPMH program, to the intensive training, she ALWAYS has our backs. Provides constant support and encouragement in any way possible to make us feel comfortable and safe. Very dedicated to her work and constantly makes us feel appreciated. She’s hilarious, open-hearted, kind and so full of fun ☺
