For Pharmacy Appreciation Month, we’d like to thank all our pharmacy team colleagues at RH.
To our pharmacy technician colleagues – thank you for your efficiency, dedication, and adaptability. Through countless situations (e.g. efficiently preparing oncology medications, ensuring adequate medication supply, performing thorough medication reconciliation in the emergency department), we can truly depend on you for all that you do in this hospital.
To our pharmacist colleagues – thank you for being such great colleagues we can learn from and review scenarios together. Every day we come across the interventions you make to optimize patients’ medication therapy (e.g. preventing supratherapeutic drug levels and adverse drug reactions, recommending a more effective medication, reviewing new policies and initiatives).
