They also prioritize staffing and training needs, while fostering a culture of open communication through regular huddles and personalized one-on-one discussions with staff.

A well-run pharmacy undoubtedly enhances patient care, but what truly sets the RCH pharmacy leadership team apart is their unwavering commitment to the well-being of their staff, often in ways that go unnoticed. The team regularly organizes weekly huddles, covering relevant and timely topics that keep the staff informed and up-to-date. This open communication fosters a sense of peace of mind, which I believe is a key indicator of job satisfaction. Moreover, knowing that our leadership is consistently addressing issues in an effective and timely manner boosts staff confidence and morale. It’s reassuring to come to work each day knowing that “someone has your back.”
