Pharmacist at vascular surgery ward works with providers to ensure patients are receiving their medications correctly and assessing clinical changes that require modifications in their treatment.

Every day Priya is at work is 110% better. Communication flows, patient’s medications and their recent changes are clarified, clinical changes and their impact on meds are considered, prevention becomes part of the day and her notes are a great source of information for the team to rely on.
