Magda is instrumental in ensuring that the Omnicell machines are working at their peak and staff are able to use them with ease.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
One of the key benefits of moving to Omnicells was increased patient safety. Magda is responsible for ensuring the machines operate flawlessly and staff (nursing, medicine, and pharmacy) have access to the medications that they need when they need them.
The knowledge that’s required to keep things operational is incredible; Magda makes everything look easy. We’re lucky to have her.
