As we work to expand the role of pharmacists in primary care, we would like to recognize and express our heartfelt gratitude to our coordinators, Vivian and Anthony. Their unwavering support and encouragement have been instrumental in fostering innovation and the growth of new ideas.
Vivian, as Coordinator, Pharmacy Services, Fraser Health Primary Care Network (PCN), has been pivotal in suggesting creative solutions to the new challenges we encounter and providing us with support and guidance as we navigate our evolving roles as pharmacists in primary care.
As the Coordinator, Pharmacy Services, Vancouver Coastal Health PCN, Anthony is consistently receptive to our concerns, and his open communication promotes team participation and dialogue. This approach allows each of us to engage, discover our individual strengths, and apply those skills to support our role within the PCN.
It has truly been a pleasure collaborating with our coordinators as we celebrate progress and witness the realization of our ideas.
