Jini has been working as a dispensary pharmacist at Ridge Meadows Hospital for almost 2 years and has recently undergone site-specific orientation to provide ward-based clinical services. As our hospital remains quite short on clinical pharmacists, we have asked proficient dispensary pharmacists to volunteer for clinical training and fortunately for RMH, Jini did! She has tackled a steep learning curve with exceptional focus and drive. I remain impressed with her goal-directed approach, attitude of continuous improvement, and lifelong learning mentality. I also greatly value Jini’s unique perspective on primary/community-based care – this adds a needed perspective to our clinical team. We’re grateful for you Jini!
