Jenny Masse works as a pharmacy technician, specifically in the pre-package medication room, at UHNBC.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Jenny is an incredibly valuable member of the pharmacy team. She has taken on many different roles, and is always willing to step in where help is needed. Jenny is always up for a challenge – whether that’s spear-heading pharmacy support for the Hospital at Home Program, or working with the new packaging and checking machines! Jenny leads with love, and her care for both patient care and the team she works with is clear. It is always a good day when Jenny is working, she brings an energy and joy to work that is unmatched and is a unifying member of the pharmacy team. We are so grateful for Jenny, and appreciate her everyday!
