• Tracking patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintaining patient rosters
• Retrieving and documenting patient lab results – TDM levels etc.
• Identifying discrepancies in medication records via medication reconciliation
• Medication procurement for HIV and POM medications

BUH pharmacy would like to recognize our CPSTs (Cheryl, Evelyn, Andrea, and Jordan) for their hard work, dedication, and compassion they bring to their role everyday.
They are invaluable members of the pharmacy team and help make providing pharmaceutical care more efficient and are always and offering assistance to the clinical pharmacists.
