Purpose
The purpose of this award is to recognize the high academic achievement and demonstrated interest in hospital pharmacy of two students in the Entry to Practice PharmD program at the University of British Columbia.
Award Description
This award will be given to two students completing their third year of the Entry to Practice PharmD program at the University of British Columbia. The award will consist of an engraved individual plaque and a cash award of $500.
Eligibility/Application Deadline
The candidate must be a third year Entry to Practice PharmD student at the University of British Columbia, and a member of the CSHP BC Branch for a minimum of one year. Deadline set by the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, usually in the Spring.
Selection Criteria
Selection is made on the recommendation of the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences based on the students’ application consisting of a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, proof of CSHP membership, and academic records.
Award Presentation
The award will be presented at the Annual General Meeting.
