Purpose
The Continuing Education Travel Grant provides supplementary funding that helps CSHP members who receive the grant to attend conferences and educational events of relevance to their pharmacy practice.
Award Description
Six cash awards of $500 will be available to fund travel and/or education expenses. These funds can be used towards any aspect of travel or expense associated with an educational event (including hotel, registration, and taxi).
Expenditure must take place between May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.
This grant is proudly sponsored by the Fresenius Kabi Canada Inc. and is awarded annually, provided funding is obtained.
Eligibility/Application Deadline
Applicants must be a Member or Student Pharmacist Supporter of the CSHP BC Branch.
Grant money must be claimed by April 1st the following year.
Application deadline is October 10th.
Selection Criteria
A random draw conducted by the Awards Chair will determine the winners.

Award Presentation
Winners will be notified immediately after the draw in order for them to be able to make decisions about upcoming travel. The cash award will be given to each of the winning recipients upon providing the awards chair with proof of travel/educational expenses.
