Charles is the Clinical Pharmacist Educator for the Primary Care Networks and the coordinator of the Year 1 Primary Care Residency.

Many of us have had the privilege of knowing Charles throughout different stages of his career — first in school, then in acute care, and now in primary care, in his role as the Clinical Pharmacist Educator. In each of these roles, he has consistently been a kind, considerate, and selfless colleague. Charles has a natural ability to inspire and support those around him, and in doing so, he lifts the entire profession. As if that’s not enough, Charles continues to be a strong clinician in his own practice, providing care to his patients as well. His commitment, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail make a profound impact on both our team and the patients we serve.
We are continually impressed by his professionalism and his passion for the work he does. Thank you, Charles, for being such a remarkable colleague and for making our workplace a better and more inspiring place!
