Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
We would like to recognize Amar for her exceptional contributions and the positive impact to JPOCSC Pharmacy. She brings a can do attitude, approaches challenges with calm confidence, and is a reliable, steady team player who consistently supports those around her.
Her work during the temporary relocation of the sterile compounding activities from JPOCSC to Surrey Memorial Hospital was a standout moment, it is only one example of the dedication she demonstrates across all aspects of her work. She is organized, proactive, and always ready to help, often stepping in before being asked.
She never seeks recognition, focusing instead on lifting up the team and ensuring the work gets done smoothly and safely. Having been with us for a long time, her experience and quiet leadership continue to strengthen our department and contribute to excellent patient care.
