I have had the pleasure of working with Aaron for the past 17 years. What I especially appreciate is his practical and collaborative approach when dealing with any problem or issue. This I can appreciate can be especially challenging for anyone working in a regional role such as Aaron.
More recently Aaron has been a strong advocate and champion for a number of different sustainability and stewardship initiatives. Advocating for this work is not something that always comes easy but Aaron is the perfect person to lead such initiatives given is vast experience, collaborative and practical approach.
Aaron is laying down the foundation for our health authority to have a sustainability mindset as I know one of his goal is to continue to inspire the “younger generation” to continue to build upon this important work and carry the torch into the future.
