Jaclyn and our team of RH ED BPMH technicians and pharmacists interview patients and their caregivers in the Emergency Department to obtain an accurate medication history for the healthcare team

Jaclyn and our team of BPMH technicians/pharmacists are valued members of the Richmond Hospital ED team! They are often frequently called upon to obtain and document a comprehensive and accurate medication history which becomes super important for patient admission and later discharge from the hospital. They have been recognized for their accuracy and willingness to help out. Pharmacy Department leadership hears about it when we cannot cover these BPMH shifts!
