Brief description of role or responsibilities
Caitlin is the CPS at BC Womens’ Oak Tree Clinic. She has been in the role for just over a year but has made a huge impact – pushing for paperless charting, starting exciting projects and focusing the scope of pharmacists’ practice in clinic.
Describe how the individual or team made a positive contribution to patient care or their pharmacy department:
Wanted to take a moment to recognize Caitlin, CPS at Oak Tree Clinic. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, I’ve also seen how she advocates for our profession — pushing for pharmacists to have a seat at the table in research, all levels of clinical care, and leadership discussions. And this isn’t a one-off thing; it’s day in, day out. That kind of consistent advocacy matters, and it makes our whole team better. Grateful to work alongside her. 💊
