Brief description of role or responsibilities​
Dr. Angela was my fourth-year pharmacy preceptor on the psychiatric ward at Surrey Memorial Hospital. She supervised my clinical activities, guided patient assessments and care planning, supported medication reconciliation and interprofessional collaboration, and provided ongoing feedback to help develop my clinical reasoning and communication skills in mental health care.

Dr. Angela acted as an exceptional mentor by creating a supportive learning environment that encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and professional growth. Through her guidance on the psychiatric ward, she helped me build confidence in patient interviews, psychopharmacotherapy decision-making, and interprofessional collaboration. Her compassionate, patient-centred approach demonstrated the meaningful impact pharmacists can have in mental health care, inspiring me to advocate for holistic care and reinforcing my commitment to clinical pharmacy practice.
